A HIIT Track Workout
I had every intention of getting a weekend recap post up by Monday, including an overview of 108 Sun Saluation's, but, you know, life happened. This has been the craziest, busiest, most hectic week ever and I swear the only thing pulling me through are my workouts, eating clean and, of course, lots of coffee.
I'm proud to say I am finally over my workout slump and let me tell you, it feels SO much better on the other side. My energy levels are way up and I feel much less cloudy in the brain.
I just have a few minutes here, but wanted to share a track workout that the husband and I did last weekend. It was a quick, hiit workout that required no equipment and really got the heart pumping. Our legs were complete jello by the end. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
