Friday Favorites - Things I'm Currently Loving

When I blogged regularly at Protein and Pumps, one of my favorite posts to write were Friday Favorites. It's a fun way to share some things I'm really enjoying with all of you from food to clothes and everything in between. Here's what I'm currently loving these days..

1.) Athleta Midtown Trouser Pant

These. Pants. Are. Amazing!! Seriously! They are super comfortable and fit so cute. There's nothing I love more than athliesure clothes that I can wear both to/from the studio and to work or out to dinner. I feel like these can be worn casually with flats or dressed up with a cute pair of wedges. I need them in all the colors.


2.) Essie Sunshine State of Mind

So yesterday I had the most fabulous pedicure at Hershey Nails. Then I left the salon and got rear-ended!! Talk about a mood killer. Not only is my rear bumper totally busted, but the impact smeared my at-the-time-fresh polish. No one was hurt, thank God, but I have a feeling I'll be dealing with the aftermath for quite a while. Anyways, I was too annoyed to go back to the salon to have my polish fixed, so I stopped by target later in the day and picked up a bottle to fix myself. I went with a color from Essie's new spring collection called Sunshine State of Mind. I'm really loving orange for the spring/summer.


3.) Living Vicariously Through Jen

Jen from Peanut Butter Runner just got back from a yoga retreat/vacation in Punta Cana and I am loving all of her posts about it. 4.) Baron Baptiste MASTERCLASS at Lincoln Financial Field

You read that right. THEE Baron Baptiste is bringing his No Thorns No Roses tour to Philadelphia. He'll be leading this 2.5 hour masterclass at Lincoln Financial Field (Eagles Stadium) on April 10th. I've been to Baptiste programs in the past, but never to one led by Baron so I am super excited about this. The most exciting part? 5.) Sprints

If you read my last post, you know I recently reintroduced sprints to my morning workout routine. For months (and for the first time that I can remember) I was stuck in a serious workout rut. Adding sprints back into the mix was just what I needed to add a little umph back into my workouts. I have so much more energy now that my workouts are more intense and it feels so good! ICYMI: here's a peak at what my workouts have looked like lately.
