Good morning and happy September. Can you believe it?!?
Eventually I'll get back into the swing of weekend recaps. Honestly, this weekend wasn't too exciting. We had a pretty hectic summer and decided recently to intentionally slow down and schedule more free time, especially over the weekends.
Speaking of slowing down, this morning I decided to go for an outdoor run and have a little home yoga practice instead of rushing off to the gym. This resulted in me cuddling with the dogs on the couch for an hour after I woke up before actually putting on my sneakers and hitting the pavement. It is SO hard getting out of the house with those two!!!
It was still dark and I realized only after we (Livy and I) got up the street that I was dressed in all black with a black dog on a black leash. So we stayed in the neighborhood where there is plenty of lighting to be on the safe side.
Anyways, back to the real reason you tuned in today - Tutorial Tuesday. Today's addition is a little different, but hopefully a welcomed change. Instead of an actual tutorial, I'm taking you on a tour of my studio - STUDIO B POWER YOGA!
