This yoga & fitness retreat is designed for all levels of fitness and is intended to leave you feeling rejuvenated and reenergized. Our goal is to offer participants a healthy balance of exercise, relaxation and fun.
Our days will go something like this: sunrise meditation followed by a short walk or run along the beach (your choice!), breakfast, power yoga led by Brittany on a private deck overlooking the ocean, lunch, free time with options to explore, participate in activities at the resort, or just relax by the pool bar!
While we have an itinerary laid out, and all activities are included in your pricing, there is no pressure to attend every single event. The goal is for you to feel comfortable, have fun, and leave feeling better than when you came! Participate in what interests you and skip the rest. Have a spouse or bestie who's is interested in a vacation, but not in yoga or fitness? Bring them along! There will be plenty of free time to spend together - EVERYONE is invited.
